Giving back to the community

HOMELIFE REALTY SERVICES, Western Canada applauds its member offices and congratulates the individual HomeLife professionals for their unsurpassed dedication to giving back to the community. Through the HomeLife Community Scholarship Program, a total of $17,225.00 has been raised to further the education of high school graduates and aid in the purchase of much-needed equipment.

Since the Program's inception in 1992, HomeLife has raised $198,225.00 to enhance the education of children in our communities. The HomeLife Community Scholarship Program is an example of one of many programs where HomeLife's belief in giving back the community shines through. We thank our members for their gifts of time, compassion and monetary donations toward the betterment of their communities.

Canadian Program

How does HomeLife sell homes faster and for a better price? The answer is a unique Home Warranty Program, offered through UNIRISC and underwritten by London Guarantee. A decal, placed on the HomeLife "For Sale" sign alerts the buyer that this home is protected for one year on the breakdown of household appliances. HomeLife can also provide optional protection for the vendor should anything breakdown during the listing period. The HomeLife Warranty Program offers buyers and sellers that extra peace of mind.
