Position Summary
Sales Representative HomeLife Benchmark Realty, Cloverdale is seeking energetic and self-motivated people to join its sales team. Initially, your position will focus on training, licensing and equating you with the latest technology and programs. HomeLife's new operating structure will revolutionize the real estate community; we are developing a network of qualified representatives to begin operating the exciting new tech-based system. Duties will include undergoing training, establishing a client base, assisting an experienced sales representative and working alongside a mentor until a level of comfort for the business is sustained. Once liaising and training are completed, an important responsibility will be direct communication with potential customers and the development of a business plan.
